Please can you see if you can find him on the 1901 census. His wife's name is Charlotte Welch b 06/08/1877 reg in caister lincs.

by 1911 they had 3 children Charles Henry b 1905
George William b 1907 and Alice Mary b 1903.
John William Welch and Charlotte Elizabeth Dixon married 1899 in Glanford Brigg Lincs.
