If you search National Archives records for "Standard Triumph" + personnel there is a multitude of results - each showing where the particular set of records is held. The Warwick University Modern Records Centre seems to hold many.

Would be worth having a browse to see if you come across any relating to personnel records. Even if you don't, you should be able to find some archive material to tell more about the company they worked for.

You may get lucky and they will give start and end dates of theri employment . You can but ask :-)

Some of my Townley ancestors worked at the Standard Triumph I wondered if there was a way of finding their records etc. My cousin in Ohio as contacted me as she would like do an album for her father for fathers day.
