Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 13 Send Message	My ancestor, George Spikesman , was born in Hampton Hill, Middlesex in 1858, parents George and Elizabeth. He appeared in the 1861 and 1881 census returns and in Nov 1881 was sentenced to a spell in prison. This is the last reference I have found to him. There is another George Spikesman who was brought up around Epsom (in the same period) but they are not the same person. Can anyone help in finding what happened to 'my' George, please? Thank you David

	Some of this seems familiar 1871 family are Spikerman and think this has been mentioned before
