Has anyone found an image of the marriage register, or just transcriptions?

I do recall the old IGI parish record transcription of his baptism turned my 3 x great grandfather Thomas into a girl named Sarah, because the writing on the page sloped, and someone had mixed it up with the record above or below ( I had microfilm copies of the original parish register, so was able to see what happened). I have seen several family trees with 'Sarah' as a member of my family, as a consequence.

Just wondering if it's possible something similar has happened here, and somehow the groom's name has been misread, or mistranscribed.

Thank you,
Is there a marriage listed for
William Hornblow and a Martha prior to the birth of their first child ?
If yes would this show Martha's maiden name ?
Thanks

The father named on those baptism's is either William or Richard.......

So I doubt that they are the children of John and Martha.

On 14/5/1744 I have a Mattha Fuller marrying John Hornblow in Dorcester Oxfordshire,
But then all 5 children borrn
William 21/1/1744
Sarah 29/3/9747
Thomas 8/9/1751
John 18/1/1753
Samuel 14/11/1756

We're born to. William Hornblow and Martha..
Is it the same Martha and her husbands first name has been recorded incorrectly either at the marriage or birth/christening of their chikdren?
Trying to establish if I have the correct family.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
