Looking for Michaela Halligan Born 1950 Dover Kent

Hello, I hope you may be able to help. I've recently been made aware of a great uncle Thomas Halligan, who until recently did not know existed. He was born to my great grandmother in 1920, having been widowed in the war 1917, surname Hedley. Father unknown on birth certificate. I believe Thomas had two children Christine and Michael. I have been trying to trace Michael as he is the only living contact for Thomas and we would love more information as none of my mothers family seemed to know about Thomas and why he was never mentioned.

If you look on FreeBmd you will see that Christine and Michael were born in 1949 and 1950 respectively, mother's maiden name Hodgson.
