Many thanks to you all for the above information. All I knew was that my grandfather Maurice Coleman Embley had returned to the UK and re-married.

Could you advise me on how I could get in touch with Muriel's siblings family - I would love to know if they have photographs of my grandfather with Muriel.

Also I hope to visit the UK in August this year and would like to visit my grandfather's grave - if you could advise me on how I could find the location in Birmingham.

You'll need a copy of the death cert, for the address.

Then search for cemeteries in the vicinity, and contact the nearest.

To contact relations, look first in 'search all member trees'.......under the 'search' button.

Also make sure your tree on here is accurate, so that anyone looking for connections will pick up on it

The other route is to research them.......use freebmd to look for marriages, and then for possible children
