Find Ancestors

Please can anyone help me find the burial of
Henry William Francis Greatwood.
He died JAS q 1885 registered as St Thomas (Exeter, Devon)

I know he was living in nearby Topsham for many years before then - so assumed he would be in Topsham cemetery -but cannot find him on the cemetery records online (Exeter City Council graves-alphabetical index) He was well known within the community and a street had recently been named after him.

His wife was buried in Usk,Monmouthshire in 1849 (Emma Greatwood) but cannot find anything online so far-wondered if he had been put with her.

Just wondering if anybody else has any parish registers they could check for me?
or even another pair of eyes.!

There are details about the contents of his Will on FMPast .dated 1886.Monmouth Newspaper.
