Could anyone point me in the right direction please. From the 1881 Census I know William Louis was on a ship called Artemis, crossing the north sea to Hull ,Yorkshire. the census tells me he is 40 years old , Born Jassey Naturalized British Subject, Romania.( Source RG11/4782) Has anyone have an Idea were to find Romanian Records??
