Okay I've just received the birth certificate for Walter Charles Rand .
His mother was Laura Searle born April 25th 1869 and father was Henry Rand born 1863 and married March 1891. I asked my cousin if he knew Walter s date of birth to check this was the right person , all he could say was they didn't know his d o b and they thought he was from London and he had an older brother that all they knew about him. If anyone has any more details I would appreciate it.

Any idea who his parents were, or if he had any siblings?

Denise widdowson trying to find the where abouts of Walter Charles Rand he was born 1903 in Marylebone , and if it's the same person he married in 1924 lived and died in 1973 in norfolk. But can't find him anywhere in 1911 census.
