Find Ancestors

I have found a Mary Ann Timmins 5yrs old on the 1851 Census as daughter to my ancestor Samuel Timmins b.1803 living in Hargate Lane in the Cronehills area of West Bromwich. The problem I have is I cannot find any further trace of her but there was a Sarah Ann Timmins born in 1846 Baptised at All Saints Church in West Bromwich. On the record she is the daughter of Samuel & Hannah Timmins nee Grice.
It could be there was a wrong name of Mary written on the 1851 Census sheets but then I'm only guessing. Can anyone cast any new light on this as I have hit a brick wall in my attempts. Help really appreciated. David Timmins
