Hello, can anyone tell me if the USA have census records like us in GB.

Like the UK, there's no national BMD registration.

If you're only interested in the census, the following subset is a handy link:
https://familysearch.org/search/collection/list?page=1&countryId=1

The US census 1790-1840 doesn't name the whole h/h, and slaves are not named pre-1870.
Each census hit above comes with a free image link for 1850, 1870, 1900, 1940.
The 1890 census was 99.9% destroyed by fire.

US has census records up to 1940.
