i was hoping to have confirmation from the details he was my grandfathers brother.

I have various addresses for the Williams in Millom.

Herbert was actually William Herbert Williams.

Botn were born in Millom Cumberland

The Joseph mentioned would be his brother Samuel Joseph Williams
