so Sidami, any help?

People could just keep guessing ... or you could give the info you have, e.g. if you are looking for them in 1851, do you have the 1841 info ... and would you perhaps share it? location, any children's names ... etc ...

... in fact when I do a little google I find literally dozens of 'please may I have' lookup request posts from you, every single one of them completely empty of the kind of information that people need in order to search effectively

http://tinyurl.com/my58r25

just the first random link I clicked:

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1300372

'please may I have 1841/51 look up
for John Pawson bn c 1800 Mablethorpe Lincs thankyou
wife is Anne'

first reply posted starts:

'1851 no idea if connected or not'

... of course not, how would anyone?

in that thread you did not once say thank you, and you did not answer the final post:

'How did you get back to them, Sue?'

in the next random thread I click on

http://www.genesreunited.com.au/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1342952

you start out giving the same zero information, people do a lot of research, you say it doesn't match the info you have, then you decide you had the wrong info from the person you got it from

in this one you had lots of info but did not give it until someone asked, fortunately before anyone went hunting:

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1297973

over the years here it seems that people have done enormous amounts of work for you, and you continue coming back wanting info and never once offering the information you have to enable people to search effectively

this one is on page 2 right now

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1348877

are you really related to all these people?

and if so, you know something about them and you need to start giving the information you have when you request help, and then returning promptly to your threads to answer questions and acknowledge answers

seriously ...

for your info, most census records can now be found at familysearch.org and it would probably be worth doing your searching there to start, then if you need household info that isn't given there for some years, bring the full info you have to the boards here to ask for more info
