Hi,everybody.Wondered if anyone could thro' light on a family "story".William Crowe
b.c.1777,Billingham,Co.Durham,supposedly died in Farm,St.George,Montserrat.
My thoughts were, is it the same William in my Wifes tree and why and when would he be in such a place at all, even tho' stranger things can happen. Any information would be appreciated.
Regards,Terry L.

How did you get back to the William in your wife's tree? Children etc.

Is this your William Crowe? Remembering that ages on the 41 census were rounded down to nearest 5 or 0, making his age 60-64, so born 177-1781.

Ancestry trees are works of fiction in most cases.
