Have photo of 5 men in uniform sitting with parents Stephen Goodchild and Eliza Goodchild. Assumed they were brothers but can only find info on Augustus Herbert J Goodchild born 1897, Archibald Goodchild born1888 and Arthur James Goodchild born 1891 all living at Corfe Castle Dorset. Is it possible to trace their military records? I would be very grateful for any help provided. Many thanks

Thank you for such a prompt reply. No idea when the photo was taken but Hebert joined the army when he was 17 years. Assumed they were all the children of Stephen and Eliza but not sure about it as the family tended to take in other relatives children. Three of the men are in army uniforms ,one in naval(square rigged collar) and not sure of the other could also be naval but wearing a peak cap and four stripes on lower sleeve of his jacket.
