I'm helping on a WW1 school project. The man of interest married Eleanor (Tait) Liddell in Edmonton, North London in 1912. She is the daughter of David.
1911 English census shows David aged 46 (b 1865 Paxton or Paston Berwickshire) as a widower with 4 children alive - Eleanor (shown as Ella) and Janet are with him.
Ella born Glasgow c 1892, Janet in Berwick c 1888.
I don't have access to check Scottish records if applicable.

Yes - it is Arthur Evans that I am tracking. He was one of the first members of the RAF in 1918. I have not got David's marriage - presumably to a SPIERS.
