Having followed her through several census I believe that she is the daughter of 'John' who is therefore 'probably' George's brother:

John is a Builder which goes well with George's occupation of 'Bricklayer' !!

You will note that George's birthplace in 1911 was Bingham, the same as John's.

Having traced John back - he was married to Ann Skelton:

????
South Anston, Worksop and East Retford are not very far away from each other and Chesterfield would be about the same again from South Anston. Doesn't help with parents. Nothing more than Notts as POB

I have the 1911 and 1881 census with George Wilson and wife Susannah and various children, I also found him in 1871 as 25 yrs old boarding in Chesterfield, but need to find him in 1861 or 1851 to see if I can get his parents and any siblings if possible.
GEORGE WILSON born 1846 Retford Notts. He lived at No 6 Beardsall's Row Retford in the 1881 census.
Thank-you very much for looking.
Teresa.
