Do you know when either William or Jane was born? Without knowing that, it's hard to pinpoint their deaths.

In 1901 William is listed as 60, and Jane as 53.
In 1891, he is said to be 56, and she is 47.
In 1881 they are 46 and 36.

Assuming the age in 1881 and 1891 to be more correct then in 1901, I suggest this might be William's death:
