I can see this one becoming a dead end !!

I can also see her 1881, servant of John Jackson! Maybe the origin of the idea that this is Henry,s father.

Is Shorten her birth name? She is on 1891 census with Henry, and is unmarried. It states Henry was born Blackpool.

Harriett Shorten, 1857. born Old Catton Norwich, dgt of John 1836 & Louisa 1837 Shorten, She had a son Henry born 1857 but i can not find her marriage ??
