Is there a site that has up to date marriage records?
trying to find one approx. 2006/7
most sites seem to go to 2005:

The two main genealogy sites have some records up to 2006.....after that it's your local records office

The indications are that no such update is likely to occur

As the info you want is so recent, don't you think that it might be better to ask the people concerned

I don't suppose the marriage Mumbles is interested in is a Scottish one - but ScotlandsPeople gives marriages up to and including 2013.

You can't view the image online for such a recent one, though - you'd have to buy the cert.
