Thank you for your info on William O'Brien. The deleted info was a duplicate of the original. Thank you for the military records that are for my William O'Brien that also includes his family.

We were also interested in the children that had died (1911 census). States that three children had died but I cannot find any info on them

Once again thank you.

Regards Mary :-)

Was there any extra information that could have helped us on the one that you have deleted, as Shirley asked you to delete this one and leave the other one?

Have you got any certificate to confirm what you have found, or just using census records and family stories?

I am trying to find any info on the above. On his marriage record he was called John William and on his army records just William O'Brien. He was born about 1874 in Leeds and his mother was named Sarah. This is where it gets a little confusing . The grand-daughter some what estranged from the family , is not willing to share any info except to say he married a Margaret Clark while the marriage info I found shows he married a Margaret Norton in 1899.

The children so far that I have found were Maggie, Charles, and Rose. According to the 1911 census three children died in between. I haven't entered any of this info on my family tree yet as it is my deceased brother-in-law line and I want to find out more info on John William O'Brien

Any info would be most appreciated.

Mary
