BOOK THREE=1911 TO DECEMBER 1923
A couple of years too early, but may be relevant

SPILLETT RICHARD ARTHUR 0 95 ROSE ST (burial) 01/01/17

Nothing for that address in BOOK FOUR=MARCH 1923 TO MARCH 1951

In both the books there are a number of burials with no address, and in book 3 a few entries for Rose Street but no numbers.
............

If you do go down the ER route, remember that most females won't be listed until the early 1920's and then only if they were property owners OR married. The age of majority was 21

You may have to contact Sheerness Library and ask for an ER/Trade Directory look-up.

A very long winded approach could be to trawl through burials for Halfway Cemetery, and hope that the full address is recorded. Of course, it could be that no one from that address died during the period!

Sheerness Library has local studies section and are very helpful. They may charge for their time

Address:
Sheppey Gateway, 38 - 0042
High Street
Sheerness
Kent
ME12 1NL

Tel: 03000 41 31 31
E-mail:[email protected]
Website:http://www.kent.gov.uk/libs

Who were you hoping to find? There are some editions of Kelly's Directory/Trade Directory on-line which cover Sheerness. You'd need to experiment to see if you can search by address

In 1911 there is a 95a and a 95b Rose Street

ER are not online for the period that you are looking at, you would need to visit the local archives

Hi
I'm trying to establish who was living at the following address between 1918 & 1923. If anyone can help or guide me in the right direction that would be great. Thankyou.
