I have Harry Hill b.1882 Hammerwich on the 1891 census with his parents John and Emma Hill. I cannot find him after this.
The family were missed off the 1901 census (I have searched thoroughly).
Also I cannot find a birth entry for either a Henry or Harry Hill c.1882.in the area.

Are you 100% certain that Emma was his mother?

She'd have been 48 when he was born, which does seem unlikely

You say they were 'missed off' 1901..................were they alive in that year?

Jacqueline,

The son Arthur was my grandfather and was not with the family. Both sons John and William were married. Son John was living in Hammerwich with his family in 1901 but they are not on the 1901 census. I believe that father John was with at the same address. I have this information from a member of the family.
