Had a word with a relation who informed that there could be a Jewish connection which might explain the late Baptism of Julia.

A Tree on Ancestry has Julias birth .......she does tell a dif year of birth in the census posted...anything from 1811 to 1815

While I do not take a lot of notice of others trees, If Polly Poppets post is the correct family the first born child George is only 15 years older than his mother if she was bn as she says 1815 ,I would consider 1811 a more fitting year as year of birth for julia,her Marriage reg does not say she is underage at Marriage .

The marriage that Sylvia found did have witts on the original.

if you really wanted to put time and money into it, it might be worth investigating James's father on his marriage certificate and/or John Henry Norman's mother on his birth certificate ... but it's a long shot looking for a names that could be traced to try to find a connection of course

it would be great to find Amelia Parrott in 1841 to see whether she was with other family, but given the transcription/spelling problems, that could be a hopeless task

if you do a general census search for surname Parrott born in Deptford, there is unfortunately only one and she is a Parrott by marriage

possible Amelia was her sister

I am trying to trace the parents of Julia Parrott. She was born in Deptford in 1815 and married George Webb in about 1834. Any help would be appreciated.
