If someone else wants to compare the R in Rise (I think W) to the word wife on the same line

Hello, on Ancestry there is a Mary Rise born 1828 Yorkshire don't know where, resident in West Hartlepool, Co Durham on the 1871 census. Could someone please take a look to see where and who she is with and if her surname is actually Rise, and also where she was born. Thank you.
