Hi please can you help.
Thomas Sharples and Esther Sharples née Cross who married 30/03/1797 in St James Clerkenwell had the following children:
John bap 26/07/1797 Clerkenwell Middx
Thomas bap 1/03/1799 Edmonton "
James bap 31/08/1800 " "
George bap 23/06/1802 " "
Esther bap 28/03/1804 " "
I know that Esther (1804) married William Wellbelove on 30/03/1834 in Kingston,Surrey but I have found no further trace of the four boys.No marriage or death records.I have tried the alternative spelling Sharpless with no success.
Mother Esther Sharples remarried in Whitechapel to a William Hughes in 1815 and by 1841 william had died and Esther was living in Croydon with son George Hughes (1822) and granddaughter Elizabeth Wellbelove (1839 ).
Regards
Wendy
