One problem with this name is the spelling.

I have Costa's in my tree and the name is spelt differently, from generation to generaton, I have even found differences within the same sibling groups.

I have found them under Costa Coster Costar and Cost. And Lost etc.

Thank you all so much for your help.

I knew it was a long shot , but nothing ventured. I thought It might have rung a bell with someone else doing research.
My mother remembered the family visiting, and a cousin also remembers a letter from them with that address. Unfortunately, all the family who could help are now deceased.
A mystery never to be solved apparently.

This is the only Coster family that I can find born England and living in Texas. However someone has made a name correction changing it to Caster.

I found a Coster in Texas - she was born in England but married a Texas born Coster

Lots of UK born Coster's in Texas by the way - all early 1900s

I can't find a Coster family born England and living in Austin, Texas in either the 1910 or 1920 census. Do you have any first names?

I am looking for a Coster family who were living in Austin Texas in Congress drive.
One or all the family emigrated from England, They were probably from around the Bethnal Green area. They were living in Austin in 1911 or 1917. A relative remembers a postcard from there. We know there was family living in Texas but can't find anything else out.
Unfortunately there is no other information that I can supply.
can anyone help
