The surname has been overwritten on the census and may originally have been Burrow(s), in which case she is very obvious in 1891 (though not before then).

I have a problem finding Eliza Burrell or it might be Burrill on the 1891 census. I know she is living at Milton or Fratton Portsmouth Hants. Can anyone help please.
