I am going to speculate a bit here. If this is Frances 1871, then might her Aunt (who is unmarried) be her mother's sister?? She is born St Lawrence Cornwall, same as Gerrtrude.

Ann Williams was also born there - she is also an Aunt, widowed.

Looking on Findmypast the page number is given as 46 and that is what the image looks like to me.

I can't see a marriage, but if this is their daughter, then her birth cert will give Gertude's maiden name:
