Do you have his birth certificate?
If no father was named on that, it will be impossible to find out his father's name, unfortunately.

Or if you mean that his mother's husband was named as the father, then the same applies, if someone else was actually his father.

Perhaps his mother's husband was indeed his father - do you mean he was born after his mother married?

Was Farrow his mother's maiden name? Or Saunders?
