According to a tree on Ancestry....

Henry Philipson married Elizabeth Askew in 1820.

Even though he lived and had children with Sarah Westgarth, he couldn't marry her as he was still married to Elizabeth.

Elizabeth died in 1863....Henry died in 1866.

Sarah Westgarth married Benjamin Barnett in 1864.
