Register of Duties Paid for Apprentices' Indentures, 1710-1811 Is now online on Anc*y. Also covers Scotland & Wales despite being headed 'England'.

Have looked at the national archives one. It actually redirects you back to Ancestry UK.

Others are microcfiche you have to consult at the premises.
