Doesn't look like the Ancestry shipping records to Western Australia cover the dates you need

I only see:
Western Australia, Australia, Crew and Passenger Lists, 1852-1930
Fremantle, Western Australia, Passenger Lists, 1897-1963

As in the tree that safc put up, most online trees seem to agree they sailed to Australia February 1830 aboard the SS Hooghly.

Although I see lots of records confirming the 'Hooghly' arrived in Australia on 13th Feb 1830, I don't see any passenger lists.

'...Saul & Betsy Spice, who arrived in WA in February 1830 on the Hooghly, with their 6 children, Saul Spice was an agricultural labourer, engaged by Thomas Peel, together with other settlers, to come from England and settle in the new colony under Peel's land settlement scheme near Rockingham...'

You could try the ShipsList

http://www.theshipslist.com/ships/passengerlists/index.htm

There is one Spice listed, but he is a John and born in Kent.
The voyage was in 1850, so outside your parameters.
