EDIT:
65yr old Charlotte, Frank 23 and Charlotte 18 are all still in NY 1892
The index ( Ottie-Charlotte) has been amended by an Ancestry member in 2012 and I can see the owners tree.
There seems to be an older daughter named Annabelle who married in NY 1877

There's a newspaper article here from the Fairport NY Monroe County Chronicle dated July 2, 1942. It tells of the finding of the body of 74 year old Frank Pruce. It appeared that he had been hit by an autumobile. Could this be Frank, son of William & Charlotte? The age is right.

I googled randomly for Harriet and found her on a tree on Ancestry in the US but no other info so was not sure it was the same family-William married 2 Charlottes and it is the second one in the USA

Is there any way of finding the deaths of William and Charlotte Pruce ?

I think William was "inventive with his age" and older than specified on the US census' possibly to get in as Charlotte was quite a bit younger (she was the niece of his first wife !!)
