The 1911 census (posted by PricklyHolly) says George and Eliza had been married 30 years - so Ann in the 1891 posted by Margee and Astra isn't a second wife.
They'd had 7 children, of whom one had died pre-1911.

Looks like either a mistake, or a name she was known by.
Anyway, she's Eliza in 1901 and 1911.

1891 does seem to be the same family - the birthplaces all match - George in Ealing, Ann/Eliza in Essex, Maud in Hackney, and the others in Bethnal Green.

Tracing Eliza is a bit of a problem. Marriage cert gives father as Samuel but can not find a Samuel/Eliza combination in 1861/71. Given that they married in Paddington a good canidate could be Eliza A Saunders 1854 Dunmow Essex who is living in Paddington in 1871. This Eliza appears to be the Eliza Ann whose birth was registered 1853 Dunmow.
Numerous Eliza Stinton deaths to chose from in Hackney area but no George
