Hello I beileve that Christine Zwick is my great great grandmother. I think she was married to my great great grandfather Johan Philip Backer, who was later known as John Philip Baker. As Baker is a popular name I thought I would try to research the Zwick side as its a bit more unusual . I may be wrong but I think her father was called Jakob and they came from a small town/village in Germany. They lived in the East End of London. If anyone can help, I would be grateful. Thanks Sara Baker-Lonsdale

Welcome to the boards, Sara. There are a lot of "thinks" in your post. How have you traced back to your great grandparents? Have you got birth, marriage and death certs to back up your research. It is quite easy to go back down the wrong line if you don't have the correct documents (been there, done that!)
