Wow thank you all for the reply.
I am aware of Photos of Jessie Goodwin and Joan on Ancestry as I to have these on my family tree on there. I have looked at other family trees on there however Ive been told that these should always be trusted as one mistake can lead to a load of others and following the wrong tree.
I found these births where the mothers Maiden name was Goodwin:
Sheffield:
Annie A - 1915
Monmouth:
Francis J - 1916
Reginald J - 1916
Elsie V - 1918
Iris D - 1923
Newcastle:
Joan - 1929 (ALREADY HAVE as family members remember him talking about her)
George - 1932 (person in question)
Edith - 1834
Annie - 1935
Norman - 1937
Marion E - 1939
There were 2 in Stoke on Trent, 1 in Alnwick (Violet), 1 in south Shields, 5 in Plymouth.
So except George / Joan / Violet I have no idea who the 13 are

Apparently Joan and husband are deceased, this is their marriage. It's def. correct as they have image of her birth and death certs, showing correct father.

The 1915 birth of Annie A Dunn, already posted by Andrew, is the only Dunn/Goodwin birth in the whole of the West Riding, which included Sheffield at that time.

If you search Births, with surname Dunn and mother's surname Goodwin, in Newcastle, six births come up, between 1929 and 1939.
Joan, George, Edith M, Annie, Norman, and Marion E.
I can't say if these are some of the people you're looking for or not - you'd have to buy their birth certs to see what the parents' names were.
If he had 13 siblings, the rest must have been born somewhere else.

Hi
I am new here so please bare with me.
I require help as I am trying to look into a family member named George Dunn Born sept 15th 1932, Newcastle upon Tyne - Died 2 Mar 2011 in Sawston, Cambridegshire.
The problem I am facing is that he was unfortunately put in an orphanage in 1940 from his parent Jessie K Goodwin (1896, Handsworth, Yorkshire) and Edwin Dunn (1892, Elsecar Yorkshire), George said he had 13 Siblings however he was unable to trace these and I am also having trouble. I have found what I believe to be one name Joan Dunn(1928).
I have tried contacting people showing on the "trees matches" however do no reply.
Please can anyone help
