Can anyone help, please, in pinning down what happened to Miss M Ling who travelled to South Africa as a nurse in 1920? I was wondering whether she could be my grandfather's youngest sister, Milly Linge. |

Yup, that's grandad's sister at Southend. I wondered if the M Ling travelling to SA was her as I've been searching for her for quite some time. The thing that made me wonder was the photo of a nurse in my grandad's effects. |
