In looking at the origonal where Owen states he was born Ballyconnell Co Cavan Ireland someone has written "resident" over it. Does this mean that he was not born there but was living there when he came to England? A check of the 1901 Irish census shows no Owen of the right age in Co Cavan but there is a possible in Fermanagh. Owen died 1929 Hammersmith |

If you look at the column heading it states '"In the case of persons born elsewhere than in England or Wales state whether Resident or Visitor in this country". So born where stated and resident in England. |

I would guess second marriage given Owen born abt 1875 according to 1911 census and death registration. Obviously marriage cert needed for father's name. |
