i was in the undercliff cemetery in bradford to take some pictures of the grave of my great grandfather x4 when on the way back to the car found in a overgrown part of the cemetery a William Haley 1783-1556 this was totally by chance{almost like he wanted to be found} This was my great x4 grandfathers {Charles Haley} brother

He was buried with his wife Jane{Hirstwaite} 1782-1867 and one of his sons

If any one of you nice people have any info on this family please let me know.

O and on his stone it says he was a iron-moulder

Barry - could you just clarify the dates on the headstone? 1783-1556 doesn't seem quite right.

Have you searched trees to see if any other members have these people?

I am assuming that you intended to put 1783 - 1856. If so then this looks like the reference for his death certificate:-

First name(s) WILLIAM
Last name HALEY
Gender Male
Birth day -
Birth month -
Birth year -
Age -
Death quarter 2
Death year 1856
District BRADFORD
County Yorkshire
Volume 9B

Jane Haley Wife Married Female 67 1784 - Wakefield, Yorkshire
