Hello, I have been searcing the Tye family for my grandndaughter. I am after information on Charles George Tye born March 12 1902 died March 1959. Not sure where, it could be in England or Australia. Charles married Annabelle Ballentine, date unknown. I have no dates for her at all. Hoping someone can help please it would be very much appreciated

Thankyou to everyone who has answered my queery. the only other information i have is on a son called Major Charles Tye ( I was told he preferred to go by Charles). He was born October 1940 in England and he married a Lillian Rose Bebbington (Born Aug 1940) in Edmonton, Middlesex in 1960.

reading over the information again Charles G W Tye seems to be the same details. I wonder what the W stands for

Major C Tye is listed with his mother Annabell I at 15 Morteyne Rd., on 1965 Electoral Register. - No mention of Lillian.
