Thomas Barker 1920-1982 Military Records

Help please with some Military Records.
Thomas Barker was born in Burnley, Lancs in 1920.
He married Mary Duerden in 1940 at Burnley Registry Office
In World War.2 he served with the Paratroopers and was a prisoner of War in Germany, He died in 1982.
His Grandson is looking for Military records.

The proven next of kin can apply for a copy of the records.

If that is NOT the serviceman's WIDOW, they will cost £30.00

They will probably take several months to arrive

The person applying may be asked to provide a copy of the man's death cert
