HI

I'm trying to find information on my son in laws Grandfather. We know him as Raymond Victor Scott.

So far from his death Certificate we have his birth date as 21 12 1926 and he died in 1993. However we have not been able to find a record of his birth.

However, we have found in the BMD a Samuel R V Scott born 1926 in Sculcoates Yorkshire and are wondering if this could possibly be the same person.

Any help would be much appreciated
