To start with I do not know whether the bride is still living so bear with me. Her name is easy enough to look up.
Arthur Sidney Tindall (1919-2000) married 20 Jun 1953 at St Peter in Chains Wood Green Middlesex. The bride was age 29(1924) and a spinster. Her father was Denis and a deceased farmer. The couple had a child who died shortly after birth in 1956.
The brides name does not appear in freebmd for England and Wales. Question is how to proceed.

Yes,
"The brides name does not appear in freebmd for England and Wales "

I took to mean the marriage record, then realised Ed meant no birth in that name

Thanks Mike - good lead

They show up in London Electoral registers. I was surprised at location of Arthur death registration.

Don't forget that the SW of England is an attractive region for retirees.

The wife is listed on the ER for Teignmouth, Devon for the years 2002 & 2003.
Her name does not appear on the gro indexes for deaths to 2006. If she is still living, she could have opted out, or not been included on the more recent ER.

I forgot about the palm trees.

I had a look at the 1911 Co Cork census and there is a possible canidate for the father who is a farmers son.

There is also a possible birth in Wales, 1925?

If the Irish birth is right, you've got a problem identifying her parents without getting the birth certificate as the registration does not give mmm.

There are 2 Denis's in that district, 1 - 1876-1953 and 1 - 1882-1952. There were 2 marriages for Denis, 1913 & 1915.

Added: both are on 1901 census as farmers sons & RC!

I know that I need the Irish birth cert in order to prove or disprove assumption. Assuming can get one in trouble. I have done that before.
