Nichola, if you post his details we may have some luck ... Name, year of birth, and where you last had him in census so we can see any family, these all give leads. |

Thank you for all your research but if its the V Jobson which it looks like it is then its not my lead unfortunately. The D Jobson I am trying to locate is from Birmingham. |

The UK departing passenger list is unclear, but the D Jobson they have transcribed could by V - and travelling with S Jobson in 1st class. |

Looking at the original image of the outgoing passenger list, I'm pretty sure that the initial is a V and not a D. |

Curiously on the Empress of Ireland's arrival in Canada, 8 Oct. 1908 there were 2 Jobsons, Stewart, 47, uncle and Vincent, 21, nephew going to join Vincent's father, Stewart's brother, Can't make out first initial second initial is W. Jobson, 68 Radbourne St., can't make out city. They're listed as tourists. |
