Death certificate mix-up

Sent for a family members death certificate when it came her husbands name is different from all other searches I have found . I have found her name with marriage and census with my family members and the name of her husband tally's I all the way but this death certificate has thrown me??? Charlotte Beatrice Saunders born 1879 then a marriage to William Evans in 1900 then on the 1911 census with William Evans and Joseph his son. She then when on to care for my grandfather his brother and sister due to their mother dying and their father being at war
