Marriage at British Consulate Istanbul 1922-1924

How can I get the record of a wedding at the British Consulate in Istanbul, Turkey ?
The husband was Australian working at the Consulate for the British.
The wife was a Russian emige from the Ukraine.

It depends on the nationalities of the couple. If at least one is English or Welsh, you can order it thru the GRO - if that's the case, post the name(s) and someone will give you the reference # you need.
