Member Since: July 2003 Posts: 105 Send Message	Was delighted with safc's research that found Henry Stillen and Hannah Hartnell married in Bishops Hull in 1811. It fitted in wel with the birth of their children in 1813, 1816 and 1819. Over the moon! Then looked up Hannah Hartnell's baptism and birth. It states she was born in 1790 which has her 10 years too young according to the 1841 census????? Hoe frustrating!

	Linda, The marriage posted by safc 23 Mar 2014 23:42 is a strong possibility On the 1841 census they are listed as living in the Parish of Nynehead and that marriage took place at Bishops Hull which is about 4 or 5 miles away as the crow flies and the name Ann was often used as a shortened version of Hannah Roy

I also have him aquitted as a sheep stealer. What I cannot find is his wedding date to Ann and her maiden name. So frustrating! They should have been married, in theory, before 1812 because they had a child after that, Regards Linda
