As you can see, names have been latinised, Jacobus could be James.

EDIT: Mary's father is James according to the marriage record safc found.

The records tally with George Borrow born Gravesend being in the 85th Foot, as per births or baptisms of James in Ireland, and the three children born in India.

Thanks for your offer of help. My great grandmother's name was I beleive Mary Ann Lock, born in Wicklow in 1846. She married John Borrow in I believe 1866. Their first son James was born in Ireland in 1868. 3 further children were born in India, George was in the Army. Another daughter, Ellen Maud, (my grandmother) was born in Liverpool in 1880.
