L,m unable to find the birth of this child

celia charlotte Hicks born 1900 approx

she comes and goes from records ...no birth but shows on 1901 and 1911 census and london electrol roll in 1936 with her parents and brother

Parents ...Daniel charles Hicks 1885
Lydia Rolph 1876
Living in London

Can anyone find a birth reg all her brothers and sisters have one
